Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing high-performing platform and backend teams.
- 7+ years of hands-on backend experience with large scale, low latency distributed systems.
- Experience with event streaming, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
- Technical familiarity with Kafka, ClickHouse, Postgres, Redis, and Flink.
- Proven track record of operational excellence and disciplined planning.
- Ability to scale engineering organizations and embed best practices.
- Experience leading complex technical projects cross-functionally.
- Ability to thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environments with ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact engineering teams focused on delivery, execution quality, and team health.
- Own the architecture and reliability of high-scale systems processing millions of daily events.
- Define and drive the technical roadmap and implement scalable engineering processes.
- Drive operational excellence and ensure predictable delivery against aggressive deadlines.
- Partner with product and design teams to align roadmaps and execution plans.
- Attract, mentor, and retain top engineering talent while building a leadership bench.
