Requirements
- Proven business analysis experience in SaaS or technology environments.
- Strong process mapping and discovery skills (e.g., BPMN).
- Experience in knowledge management or information architecture: taxonomies, content structuring, and metadata.
- Familiarity with how LLMs consume knowledge (RAG awareness) is highly desirable.
- Experience with documentation platforms such as Confluence or Notion.
- Working data literacy; SQL skills are desirable.
- Skilled at stakeholder interviewing and process elicitation.
- Ability to quantify processes, including cycle times, volumes, and cost of manual effort.
- Track record of delivering as a contractor with clean documentation and handover.
- Structured, rigorous, and detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent written communication.
- Ability to work comfortably in ambiguity.
- Outcome-focused and pragmatic mindset.
Responsibilities
- Map current-state workflows across functions through interviews, observation and system data.
- Identify and quantify inefficiencies, manual effort and bottlenecks.
- Build business cases for automation opportunities including baseline metrics, ROI and margin impact.
- Translate analysis findings into clear requirements for AI delivery teams.
- Design taxonomies and knowledge structures for company documentation.
- Audit, clean and restructure existing SOPs, policies and training content for AI consumption, including RAG knowledge bases.
- Establish and maintain documentation standards, including format, ownership, and review cadence.
- Produce SOPs, process maps and RACI documentation.
- Support process adoption through playbooks and training materials.
