Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial experience applying AI to practical technology solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience with Vector Databases (Pinecone or Weaviate) for AI Engineers.
- 2+ years of experience with LLMs, RAG, and LangChain for AI Engineers.
- 3+ years of experience with LLMs and multi-agent systems for AI Agent Architects.
- 1+ year of experience with workflow automation and webhooks for AI Automation Architects.
- 3+ years of experience with SQL for AI Automation Architects.
- Familiarity with AI API integration and Claude Cowork for AI Automation Architects.
- Advanced ability to communicate in English for business tasks and client calls.
- Strong self-organizational skills to work remotely without supervision.
- Ability to work full-time.
Responsibilities
- Architect and build projects from scratch with a deep understanding of application design.
- Engage directly with clients, including those with technical backgrounds, to discuss business tasks and justify technical decisions.
- Deliver AI solutions including RAG, LangChain, or multi-agent systems depending on the specific role track.
- Implement workflow automation using tools like Make.com, n8n, or Zapier.
- Communicate issues and project progress clearly to stakeholders.
- Onboard promptly to client projects and start delivering results quickly.
