Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial experience applying AI to practical technology solutions
- Strong proficiency in Python
- 2+ years of experience with LangChain
- 2+ years of experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) or vLLMs
- 2+ years of experience with RAG or OpenAI
- Experience with Vector Databases (Pinecone or Weaviate)
- Experience with Multi-agent systems architecture, AI agent orchestration, and AI telemetry
- Strong SQL skills
- Familiarity with Workflow Automation (Make.com, n8n, or Zapier) and Webhooks
- Advanced English proficiency for business discussions and decision justification
- Ability to work full-time remotely with no supervision
Responsibilities
- Create projects from scratch with a deep understanding of application architecture
- Communicate directly with clients, most of whom have technical backgrounds
- Apply AI to practical technology solutions in a fast-paced startup environment
- Develop and orchestrate multi-agent systems and AI telemetry
- Integrate AI APIs and manage workflow automation
- Deliver results independently after onboarding
