AI Engineer

Build and maintain automation pipelines using n8n, Zapier/Make and direct LLM API integrations (OpenAI/Anthropic).
Develop API and webhook integrations across Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot, Zuora and Thrive LMS.
Implement workflows such as ticket summarisation, tagging, routing and AI triage.
Design and implement RAG pipelines and vector database integrations over internal knowledge.
Develop, test and version prompts; evaluate and improve output quality.
Apply sound engineering standards: error handling, logging and monitoring of automations in production.
Ensure GDPR-compliant, secure handling of customer and company data.
Document solutions clearly and hand over to internal teams for ongoing operation.

Engineering at Houseful

You will solve complex challenges in proptech, working on systems that process vast amounts of data and enable critical transactions. Our technology stack includes robust Cloudflare services for CDN, hosting, and error logging, ensuring high performance and reliability. We leverage Google Font API, HSTS, DNSSEC, and Person Schema to deliver a seamless user experience. Your work will support platforms like Alto, the UK's leading cloud-based CRM, and Hometrack, used by 18 of the top 20 UK lenders. We are constantly re-platforming classic stacks and integrating AI-powered features, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in real estate technology.
