Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in data engineering, data platforms, or software engineering.
- Proficiency in writing code in Python, Scala, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Working knowledge of at least two common Cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP) with deep expertise in one.
- Deep experience with distributed computing using Apache Spark, including runtime internals.
- Familiarity with CI/CD for production deployments.
- Working knowledge of MLOps, ML/AI models, and AI APIs.
- Experience in technical project delivery, managing scope, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
- Strong documentation and white-boarding skills.
- Experience working with enterprise clients and managing complex stakeholder ranges.
- Ability to travel to customer sites 20% of the time.
- Databricks Certification.
Responsibilities
- Lead impactful customer technical projects by delivering production-grade systems and reference architectures.
- Design and build end-to-end data ingestion, ML/AI model integration, and application deployments.
- Guide strategic customers through the design and adoption of big data and AI applications.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customer stakeholders to scope and deliver technical projects successfully.
- Provide product and implementation feedback to Engineering and Customer Support teams.
- Contribute accelerators, frameworks, and best practices to scale impact across accounts.
