Requirements

- Proven AI fluency including familiarity with prompt logic and automation platforms.
- Deep content knowledge, including understanding of various content types.
- High attention to detail to manage downstream effects of prompt changes.
- Self-directed work style with the ability to identify and resolve process breakdowns.
- Collaborative mindset to align on experimental changes.
- Experience with AirOps or similar automation tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make (nice to have).
- Background in content operations, strategy, editorial, or content creation (nice to have).
- Familiarity with SEO, B2B content marketing, or AI visibility (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain AirOps content workflows across all content types.
- Create and configure brand kits during client onboarding and maintain workflow synchronization.
- Assess workflow output quality at a structural level, including research approach and methodology alignment.
- Update workflows to reflect evolving strategy, including new formats and template updates.
- Onboard new clients as the pilot expands.
- Troubleshoot workflow issues and escalate to AirOps support when necessary.
- Experiment with new system capabilities and pilot them into production.
