Requirements
- 3+ years in IT operations, IT support engineering, or a similar role at a remote company.
- Hands-on experience with Apple MDM platforms (Kandji/Jamf/Intune).
- Hands-on experience administering an IdP, preferably Okta.
- Proven scripting ability in Python, JavaScript, or Bash.
- Ability to write code that calls REST APIs.
- Experience with SentinelOne or similar EDR tooling.
- Demonstrated experience building production automations in Zapier, Make, or equivalent iPaaS.
- Experience calling LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini) to automate IT workflows.
- Experience supporting IT compliance programs like SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
- Experience managing laptop fleets remotely.
- Strong written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Run day-to-day IT help desk for ~75 employees, resolving 75+ tickets per week.
- Manage full laptop lifecycle including procurement, deployment via Kandji, and retrieval.
- Build and maintain automations across Zapier, Okta, Google Workspace, Jira, and Slack.
- Develop internal tools and scripts using LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini) for workflow automation.
- Execute IT compliance and governance, including SOC 2 audit evidence collection and access reviews.
- Partner with leadership to manage SaaS renewals and vendor negotiations.
- Maintain configurations and integrations for the IT tool stack including Kandji, Okta, and SentinelOne.
- Execute employee onboarding and offboarding workflows with same-day turnaround.
