Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading creative production, creative operations, or project management within an agency or high-volume marketing environment.
- Experience managing designers, video editors, copywriters, or multidisciplinary creative teams.
- Strong project management skills with tools like Basecamp, Asana, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Advanced knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Experience implementing quality assurance processes and reducing production errors.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Available to work 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end production of creative campaigns across digital, social media, and marketing channels.
- Manage project timelines, priorities, and creative resources to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coach and mentor designers, video editors, and creative specialists to consistently produce exceptional work.
- Review creative assets for quality, brand consistency, and platform requirements before delivery.
- Partner with clients and internal teams to turn business goals into effective creative solutions.
- Identify production bottlenecks and improve workflows, SOPs, and quality assurance processes.
- Drive continuous improvement through better systems, reporting, and creative operations.
