Requirements
- Proven experience creating short-form direct-response videos for DTC brands.
- Proven experience with direct-response copywriting, ideally for short-form videos.
- Proven experience with professional video-editing software (CapCut Pro preferred; Adobe Premiere Pro acceptable).
- Experience with AI video tools such as HeyGen, Captions AI, or similar platforms.
- Strong conversational and written English skills.
- Ability to operate autonomously with high agency without micromanagement.
- Rapid learning ability to adapt to fast-paced AI tools and social media trends.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Genuine interest and obsession with social media, AI, and direct-response marketing.
Responsibilities
- Produce a consistent volume of approximately 10 high-quality AI videos per day, following preset scripts and styles.
- Increase performance bonuses by analyzing prior video metrics to increase views and conversions.
- Apply direct-response copywriting principles to review scripts.
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing daily workload efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Quickly learn and master new AI tools, software, and editing techniques as social media trends evolve.
- Ensure every video meets exacting quality standards to minimize revisions.
- Maintain clear, proactive communication with company founders and the executive team.
- Train and onboard future AI video editors to company standards.
