Requirements
- Proven experience creating short-form direct-response videos for DTC brands.
- Demonstrated experience with direct-response copywriting for short-form video.
- Proficiency in professional video editing software (CapCut Pro preferred; Adobe Premiere Pro acceptable).
- Experience with AI video tools such as HeyGen, Captions AI, Hedra, or Veo 3.
- Strong conversational and written English language skills.
- High level of autonomy and agency with the ability to thrive without micromanagement.
- Fast learner capable of adapting to rapidly changing AI tools and social media trends.
- High attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, high-pressure, results-driven environment.
- Genuine interest and obsession with social media, AI, and direct-response marketing.
Responsibilities
- Produce a consistent volume of approximately 10 high-quality AI videos per day following preset scripts and styles.
- Analyze video performance metrics to increase views and conversions to optimize bonus potential.
- Apply direct-response copywriting principles to review and refine scripts.
- Manage daily workload efficiently to meet 7:00 PM ET deadlines with high autonomy.
- Master new AI tools, software, and editing techniques rapidly as social media trends evolve.
- Maintain exacting quality standards to ensure a 90% first-pass approval rate.
- Communicate proactively with founders and the executive team.
- Train and onboard future AI video editors to company standards.
