Requirements
- Proven experience creating short-form direct-response videos for DTC brands.
- Proven experience with direct-response copywriting.
- Professional proficiency in video editing software, preferably CapCut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Experience with AI video tools such as HeyGen, Captions AI, Hedra, Veo 3, or similar platforms.
- Strong conversational and written English skills.
- High level of autonomy and ability to thrive without micromanagement.
- Rapid learner excited by the fast-paced landscape of AI and social media trends.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Ability to work independently as a high-agency operator.
- Must be able to meet daily 7:00 PM ET deadlines and weekly 12:00 PM ET call requirements.
Responsibilities
- Produce a consistent volume of approximately 10 high-quality AI videos per day following preset scripts and styles.
- Analyze video metrics to optimize performance and increase views and conversions.
- Apply direct-response copywriting principles to review and refine scripts.
- Manage daily workload efficiently to meet deadlines with high autonomy.
- Rapidly learn and master emerging AI tools and editing techniques as trends evolve.
- Ensure 90% first-pass quality standards for all video submissions.
- Maintain clear communication with founders and the executive team.
- Train and onboard new AI video editors to company standards.
