Requirements
- Solid foundation in computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, complexity).
- Professional backend experience.
- Genuine drive to deepen Elixir skills.
- Experience with web development, ideally server-rendered UI.
- Habit of writing tested, maintainable code.
- Interest in continuous delivery, TDD, pairing, code review, and retrospectives.
- Data-driven mindset focusing on customer value.
- Ability to use AI tools effectively to accelerate development while maintaining technical judgment.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship product features in Elixir and Phoenix LiveView, from idea through to production.
- Write well-tested, maintainable code using test-driven development.
- Participate in pairing and code reviews to maintain high quality.
- Contribute to technical and product discussions and roadmap planning.
- Work across event-driven architectures, managing APIs and RabbitMQ services.
- Leverage data and observability to monitor and optimize production performance.
