Requirements
- 5+ years of employee relations investigation experience in a corporate environment.
- Availability to work a 4:00 PM–12:00 AM shift (remotely).
- Experience conducting high-volume workplace investigations, preferably within a large technology company.
- Strong knowledge of workplace investigation best practices.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, including Title VII.
- Experience supporting fast-paced, complex organizations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct workplace investigations involving employee relations matters, including allegations related to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other company policy violations.
- Investigate complaints involving workplace misconduct, including matters related to Title VII protections.
- Interview employees and stakeholders.
- Prepare investigative findings.
- Partner with HR and Employee Relations teams to support timely resolutions.
- Ensure investigations are conducted fairly, thoroughly, and in compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies.
