Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, finance, or related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience forecasting Investigator Grants.
- Proven experience managing teams related to Investigator Grants, Payments, or related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power Query, and Power BI.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Adept knowledge of biopharmaceutical/CRO industry and applicable local regulatory requirements.
- Experience in resource planning, budget development, financial forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and oral English language skills.
- Ability to manage priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a direct Line Manager for IG Forecasting team members.
- Lead the overall development, delivery and maintenance of forecasting tools, processes, and deliverables.
- Track and monitor FTE resourcing and team output reports.
- Analyze operational project data and prepare financial reports and analyses.
- Maintain portfolio-level financial forecasts.
- Establish close relationships with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely deliveries of IG Forecasts.
- Oversee IG Forecasting Analysts managing monthly invoicing and accruals.
- Manage vendor relationships and licensing strategy for forecasting tools.
- Train and mentor team members on communication, tools, and SOPs.
