Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Finance Business Analyst or in a similar finance transformation role.
- Strong understanding of finance operations, accounting principles, and finance business processes.
- Hands-on experience with finance transformation, finance process improvement, or business process redesign initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Invoice-to-Pay (I2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), General Ledger (GL), Financial Close, Reconciliations, and Financial Reporting.
- Experience working closely with Finance Controllers, Finance Leadership, CFO teams, or Shared Services organizations.
- Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Experience preparing As-Is and To-Be process documentation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced transformation environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Finance Leadership, Financial Controllers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand existing finance processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Conduct end-to-end analysis of finance processes and design future-state workflows aligned with business objectives.
- Drive finance process optimization and transformation initiatives across core finance functions.
- Analyze and document current ("As-Is") and future ("To-Be") finance processes.
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements from finance stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions with finance and business teams to define process improvements.
- Work closely with Data and Technology teams to prepare finance processes for integration into modern data platforms, including Data Lakes and Databricks environments.
- Support finance data standardization initiatives to enable improved reporting, analytics, and governance.
- Ensure finance processes support accurate financial reporting, reconciliation, and regulatory compliance.
- Identify process gaps, risks, and opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.
