Requirements

- Proven ability to lead requirement-gathering sessions and manage stakeholders across business and technical domains.
- Expertise in creating structured documentation such as BRDs, user stories, functional specifications, and process flows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex systems and business processes.
- Experience in risk analysis, dependency mapping, and impact assessment in enterprise projects.
- Good understanding of project management principles and collaboration with delivery teams.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive mindset with a strong focus on continuous learning and improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business analysis activities across software development projects, ensuring clear translation of business needs into actionable requirements.
- Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops with stakeholders at different levels, ensuring alignment and clarity on business objectives and priorities.
- Develop detailed documentation including business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.
- Conduct gap analysis, impact assessment, and risk evaluation to support informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, and product teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements and smooth delivery.
- Support project planning activities and contribute to delivery governance using structured methodologies and best practices.
- Continuously refine business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
