Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 9+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and delivery, with deep Health Cloud exposure.
- Hands-on expertise with Apex, LWC, Flows, Triggers, Batch Apex, and integration patterns.
- Proven experience designing healthcare integrations involving EHR/EMR systems and provider workflows.
- Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and healthcare standards such as HL7 and FHIR.
- Experience defining architecture for security, data access, consent management, and HIPAA/PHI compliance.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Copado, Git, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
- Strong leadership in Agile/Scaled Agile environments.
- Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions for enterprise healthcare programs.
- Define and govern Health Cloud architecture including patient/member data models, care plans, and healthcare workflows.
- Drive technical solutioning across Salesforce core platform, integrations, and enterprise data architecture.
- Design and oversee integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and healthcare standards such as HL7 and FHIR.
- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and enforce Salesforce best practices and governance standards.
- Mentor and guide distributed Salesforce teams including developers, admins, and QA.
