Requirements
- 7+ years of Financial Business Analysis experience
- Strong understanding of finance processes and terminology
- Experience working with Group Financial Controllers and Finance Leadership
- Expertise in finance process optimisation and transformation
- End-to-end Finance Process Analysis and Redesign experience
- Knowledge of Invoice-to-Pay (I2P) / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycles
- Familiarity with General Ledger (GL), reconciliation, and financial reporting
- Strong stakeholder management skills within Finance teams
- Experience supporting finance transformation initiatives
- Access Dimensions (Accounting Platform) experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Improve and redesign existing finance processes
- Prepare processes for downstream data and reporting transformation
- Collaborate with Finance and Data teams to structure finance processes
- Enable integration into Databricks/Data Lake
- Facilitate clean financial data, improved reporting, and analytics
