Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or DevSecOps roles, with increasing leadership or ownership.
- Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure with a focus on security, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
- Strong experience with infrastructure-as-code tools including Terraform and Ansible.
- Fluency in CI/CD automation, specifically GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.
- Strong understanding of security fundamentals including identity and access management, secrets management, encryption, and container security.
- Comfortable writing code and automation scripts in Python, Bash, or Go.
- Experience with Kubernetes and service mesh (e.g., Istio) and zero-trust architecture.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks like SOC2 or ISO27001.
- Proven history of leading incident response or large-scale reliability improvements.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with engineering and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Write and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with secure defaults and robust cloud configurations.
- Perform threat modeling, hunt for vulnerabilities, prioritize remediation, and guide engineering teams.
- Monitor live systems, investigate security anomalies, and respond to breaches.
- Develop and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for databases, servers, containers, and applications.
- Define and execute security roadmaps including IAM policies and vulnerability scanning.
- Partner with developers to shift security and reliability left into the SDLC.
- Support compliance and audit initiatives such as SOC2 and ISO27001.
