Requirements
- 5+ years of IT experience with at least 3+ years in endpoint engineering, desktop engineering, or systems administration roles
- Strong hands-on experience managing enterprise endpoints across Windows, macOS, Linux/Ubuntu, iOS, and Android
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Intune, including device configuration, compliance, application deployment, and troubleshooting
- Strong experience with Jamf Pro for macOS device management and lifecycle support
- Advanced knowledge of Windows OS administration, troubleshooting, and enterprise device management
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Windows Autopilot, Group Policy, and identity/access management workflows
- Knowledge of endpoint security tools including BitLocker, FileVault, encryption standards, and privilege management
- Experience with monitoring platforms such as SolarWinds or equivalent tools
- Exposure to Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions in AWS or Microsoft environments
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell preferred; Python/Bash a plus) for automation and operational efficiency
- Familiarity with endpoint security, compliance frameworks, patch management, and vulnerability remediation
- Ability to manage technical projects and coordinate with global stakeholders and vendors
Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment, configuration, administration, and ongoing management of enterprise endpoint platforms such as Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Jamf Pro, Entra ID, and Active Directory
- Own endpoint configuration, compliance policies, application deployment, enrollment workflows, and troubleshooting across Windows and macOS environments
- Provide advanced support for Windows OS and multi-platform endpoint issues, including root cause analysis and lifecycle management
- Monitor, maintain, and improve endpoint operations using tools such as SolarWinds or similar monitoring platforms
- Support design, administration, and optimization of Virtual Desktop Environment (VDI) solutions across AWS and Microsoft ecosystems
- Manage enterprise print services, including deployment, driver management, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination
- Lead endpoint-related projects, ensuring effective planning, execution, stakeholder communication, and delivery of outcomes
- Serve as a senior escalation point for incidents, audits, security reviews, and critical service requests
- Drive endpoint security, compliance, patching, and vulnerability remediation across all device platforms
- Automate and improve operational processes using scripting and modern endpoint management practices
