Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in infrastructure, cloud engineering, or DevOps roles.
- Strong experience with Azure and/or AWS.
- Experience managing Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Strong understanding of networking, security, VPNs, firewalls, and DNS.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation, or similar).
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD automation.
- Experience supporting production SaaS environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.
- Azure or AWS certifications are preferred.
- Experience with GitLab, GitHub, or Azure DevOps is preferred.
- Experience with cybersecurity, compliance, and monitoring platforms is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
- Manage and support infrastructure across multiple software products and customer environments.
- Ensure the availability, performance, and reliability of mission-critical SaaS applications.
- Implement infrastructure security best practices, including vulnerability management, access controls, and compliance.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and operational tasks using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Monitor infrastructure health, troubleshoot complex issues, and perform root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps initiatives.
- Design, maintain, and troubleshoot networking components, including firewalls, VPNs, DNS, and load balancing.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
