Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in technology/software sales (SaaS, PaaS, enterprise software, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven sales results and a track record of success.
- Exceptional presentation skills and ability to close deals.
- Understanding of how to cultivate client relationships.
- Demonstrated ambition, assertiveness, confidence, honesty, and discipline.
- Social intelligence and capacity to build lasting relationships.
- Ability to work independently.
- Experience in the multifamily housing industry (preferred).
- Experience selling CRM software (preferred).
- Knowledge of property management software (preferred).
- Experience working with a remote team (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Identify prospective customers, generate leads, and convert them into clients.
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs.
- Emphasize product features to showcase how they address customer challenges.
- Answer customer inquiries about products.
- Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements.
- Collaborate with colleagues across various sectors.
- Maintain contact lists and nurture customer relationships through follow-ups.
