Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in technology/software sales (SaaS, PaaS, enterprise software, etc.).
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Exceptional presentation skills and ability to close deals.
  • Experience cultivating client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ambition, assertiveness, confidence, honesty, and discipline.
  • Social intelligence and capacity to build high-quality relationships.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Multifamily housing industry experience (preferred).
  • Experience selling CRM software (preferred).
  • Knowledge of property management software (preferred).
  • Experience working with a remote team (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Identify prospective customers, generate leads, and convert them into clients.
  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs.
  • Emphasize product features to showcase how they address customer challenges.
  • Answer customer inquiries about products.
  • Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across various sectors.
  • Maintain contact lists and nurture customer relationships through follow-ups.
