Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in business-to-government sales.
- Proven track record of winning public sector contracts via competitive RFP process.
- Deep working knowledge of government procurement processes and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to engage credibly with elected officials and senior government leaders.
- Strong business acumen with experience in price-to-win strategies and contract negotiations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for proposals and executive presentations.
- Proficiency with HubSpot or comparable CRM for pipeline data management.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in related industry preferred.
- Willingness to travel on average 25% for client and partner engagement.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a qualified new business pipeline of greater than $15M ARR in the photo and autonomous enforcement market.
- Own the full sales cycle of multi-million-dollar opportunities, from early stakeholder engagement to contract execution.
- Lead complex public-sector RFP processes, ensuring compliance and disciplined tracking.
- Shape win themes for each pursuit anchored in Duncan's specific service stack.
- Deliver post-bid debriefs and provide structured feedback to Pricing, Implementation, and CRO leadership.
- Negotiate key contract provisions in coordination with Legal and CRO leadership.
- Collaborate with Implementation and Account Management leadership to protect renewal and commercial intent.
