Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in business-to-government sales.
  • Proven track record of winning public sector contracts via competitive RFP process.
  • Deep working knowledge of government procurement processes and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage credibly with elected officials and senior government leaders.
  • Strong business acumen with experience in price-to-win strategies and contract negotiations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for proposals and executive presentations.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or comparable CRM for pipeline data management.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in related industry preferred.
  • Willingness to travel on average 25% for client and partner engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a qualified new business pipeline of greater than $15M ARR in the photo and autonomous enforcement market.
  • Own the full sales cycle of multi-million-dollar opportunities, from early stakeholder engagement to contract execution.
  • Lead complex public-sector RFP processes, ensuring compliance and disciplined tracking.
  • Shape win themes for each pursuit anchored in Duncan's specific service stack.
  • Deliver post-bid debriefs and provide structured feedback to Pricing, Implementation, and CRO leadership.
  • Negotiate key contract provisions in coordination with Legal and CRO leadership.
  • Collaborate with Implementation and Account Management leadership to protect renewal and commercial intent.
