Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive leadership in IT infrastructure and service operations.
- Demonstrated success driving operational transformation and service maturity.
- Strong knowledge of hybrid/cloud platforms, endpoint management, and ITSM practices.
- Strong financial management, vendor oversight, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading cloud migration across legacy and hybrid environments preferred.
- Experience with large-scale telephony infrastructure in a call center environment preferred.
- Experience with automation, analytics, or AI-driven operations preferred.
- Healthcare or other regulated environment experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the enterprise infrastructure strategy, including roadmap for cloud migration and AI/automation integration.
- Oversee design, implementation, and operation of core infrastructure including servers, storage, cloud, telephony, and end-user computing.
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams including production infrastructure, telephony, COTS support, end-user support, and PMO.
- Drive shift from reactive to proactive support through monitoring, automation, and preventative maintenance.
- Establish service levels, KPIs, and operational reporting to ensure performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Identify and operationalize AI use cases for infrastructure and service operations such as predictive monitoring and virtual support agents.
- Lead incident, problem, and change management processes with a focus on root-cause resolution.
