Requirements
- 8+ years of experience managing complex transformation projects or programmes.
- Strong delivery, governance and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in regulatory, sustainability, ESG, compliance or supply chain projects.
- Good understanding of SAP/ERP environments and business-technology dependencies.
- Ability to quickly learn a complex regulatory domain.
- Strong ownership, attention to detail and a proactive working style.
- Experience working with international, cross-functional teams.
- Fluent English.
Responsibilities
- Lead project delivery, governance, planning and cross-functional coordination.
- Manage actions, risks, issues, dependencies and key decisions.
- Ensure timely follow-up and accountability across project teams.
- Translate EUDR requirements into clear business and technology activities.
- Coordinate stakeholders across sustainability, compliance, supply chain, business and IT.
- Manage dependencies related to SAP/ERP, data, analytics, integrations and infrastructure.
- Prepare high-quality status reports, scorecards and management materials.
- Identify delivery gaps and proactively propose corrective actions.
