Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in project management within the financial industry.
- Proven expertise in managing credit and mortgage loan processes.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and portfolio coordination.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in Polish (spoken and written).
- Good command of English for communication within international teams.
- Certifications in project management (PMP, Prince2, etc.) are a plus.
- Experience working with financial software and systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end credit and mortgage project portfolios, ensuring delivery excellence.
- Coordinate and align project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to achieve shared objectives.
- Develop, monitor, and optimize project plans, timelines, and budgets to meet key milestones.
- Implement and maintain Agile methodologies to improve project flexibility and team productivity.
- Analyze project data to identify risks, resolve issues, and recommend improvements.
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and results effectively to executive stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative team environment supporting professional development and innovation.
