Requirements
- At least 2.5 years of experience in managing diverse agile IT projects.
- In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Proficiency with project management tools like Jira or Pivotal Tracker.
- Experience in monitoring and improving delivery quality against software development best practices.
- Ability to understand client needs and proactively assist in solution selection.
- Strong technical knowledge to facilitate communication with developers, product designers, and QA specialists.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (C1+).
- Excellent command of written and spoken Polish (C2).
Responsibilities
- Manage the budget, scope, and timeline while reporting development progress to stakeholders.
- Work directly with external clients to build long-term relationships and manage expectations.
- Coordinate the development of design and software solutions, taking ownership of overall project success.
- Motivate, support, and guide the project team.
- Create or facilitate the creation of user stories, MVPs, and other lean documentation.
- Proactively look for process improvements and provide solutions for complex situations.
