Requirements
- 4+ years of project management experience, preferably in a software house or digital agency.
- Hands-on experience delivering custom software projects from scratch to release.
- Solid Agile foundations, with deep expertise in Scrum.
- Ability to operate effectively in a Scrum Master or Product Owner capacity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in English at C1+ level (written and spoken).
- Proven experience working with US-based clients and their delivery expectations.
- Creativity and strong communication skills.
- Genuine interest in technology and hardware-meets-software trade-offs.
- Demonstrated ability to own projects end-to-end and thrive in ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the single point of contact for US-based clients, acting as communicator and negotiator.
- Manage web and mobile projects end-to-end from discovery and scoping to launch.
- Lead a cross-functional squad of designers, developers, QA, and other PMs.
- Execute Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and management of backlogs, timelines, and budgets.
- Co-create product vision, including feature definition and MVP strategy.
- Coordinate staffing and resource planning with other chapters.
- Drive improvements in internal workflows and squad processes.
- Utilize AI tools effectively in daily workflows.
