Requirements

  • 1–2 years in SaaS or tech sales (closing or SDR/BDR experience).
  • Ability to handle fast transactional deals and long consultative sales cycles simultaneously.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset for building sales channels from scratch.
  • Data literacy with comfort working in spreadsheets and understanding structured data.
  • Ability to connect prospect data needs to business outcomes like ROI and operational efficiency.
  • Understanding of the differences between individual user sales and enterprise-level procurement.
  • Excellent written communication for email-first outreach.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of selling data products or web scraping tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like Attio or analytics tools like PostHog is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Identify high-potential signups from the self-serve funnel to build target account lists.
  • Design and execute outbound campaigns while testing new channels.
  • Run 30 to 50 discovery and demo calls per month to close SMB and mid-market deals.
  • Document expansion opportunities and plant seeds for future enterprise-level conversations.
  • Qualify enterprise opportunities and provide detailed handoffs to the Senior Account Executive.
  • Review prospect account activity and product usage to diagnose data needs.
  • Work with solutions engineers to scope complex mid-market deals.
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene and forecasting within the Attio CRM.
