Requirements
- 10+ years of total professional experience.
- 3+ years experience in top-tier management consulting or investment banking.
- 3+ years experience in business operations, GM, or founding roles at high-growth, venture-backed companies.
- Track record of delivering results directly and owning initiatives end-to-end.
- Experience building agentic workflows and internal tools using AI.
- Ability to model unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback, contribution margin).
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to manage complex, ambiguous problems.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of bridging C-level strategy and operational detail.
- Bias for action and decision-making speed in high-velocity environments.
Responsibilities
- Own new business lines from zero to scale, taking concepts through launch to durable revenue.
- Set strategy and sequence bets, creating concrete plans for cross-functional execution.
- Build go-to-market motions, including positioning, pricing, and sales channel acquisition.
- Manage unit economics, including CAC, LTV, payback, and contribution margin modeling.
- Identify and establish distribution partnerships to launch and scale business lines.
- Coordinate across product, engineering, sales, and operations to remove blockers and drive alignment.
- Champion AI-native workflows to improve team productivity and judgment.
