Requirements
- 5+ years of building production software, including 2+ years at a startup or growth company.
- Proficiency with React, Next.js, Node.js (TypeScript), React Native, Postgres, AWS, Terraform, and Redis.
- Experience building at scale serving hundreds of thousands of users and large enterprise clients.
- Hands-on experience building consumer-facing products from the ground up.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and recent developments in the space.
- Ability to drive broad initiatives to completion and navigate ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives with Product and Design to ship and iterate on unique product experiences in AI-enabled care that improve patient engagement and outcomes.
- Work closely with our ML research team to bring cutting-edge AI/LLM techniques into clinical care and build them into our agentic framework.
- Improve our physician-facing care platform and integrate AI tooling that increases physician efficiency and clinical capability.
- Architect scalable backend systems, such as health data ingestion pipelines and enterprise client integrations.
