Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 2-3 years minimum customer service experience.
- Typing skills of at least 40 words per minute.
- Technical proficiency and ability to multitask.
- Reliable internet connection with at least 20 mbps download and 10 mbps upload speed.
- Private, dedicated workplace free from interruption or distraction.
- Ability to work assigned afternoon/evening shifts, including weekends.
- Positive, driven, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to show up to work on time and work the scheduled shift.
Responsibilities
- Answer 2-3 incoming customer chats concurrently using the NICE CXOne platform.
- Consult customers on the best value for their contact lens purchases.
- Reply to incoming emails or MMS from customers as needed.
- Proactively communicate with managers and team members via one-on-ones, team meetings, and chats.
- Request prescriptions via phone from eye care providers.
- Maintain high performance metrics including revenue per chat, quality, availability, and timeliness.
