Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in fundraising, sales, sponsorship, or partnership development.
- Proven track record of securing and growing multi-year, six-to-eight figure corporate partnerships.
- Familiarity with advertising, media, marketing industries, or sectors such as Financial Services, Retail, CPG, Food & Beverage, or Automotive.
- Advanced ability to build and engage strategic partnerships across networks.
- Outstanding communication and persuasion skills.
- Excellent project management track record with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to plan, organize, monitor, and execute fundraising initiatives independently.
- Comfort with variable travel for partner meetings and industry conferences.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
- Passion for social impact and understanding of communications in driving behavioral change.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 35 corporate donors across target sectors to raise $3M+ in annual operating support.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with board members and high-level corporate executives to cultivate and secure support.
- Research, identify, and solicit new corporate donors to expand the fundraising pipeline.
- Develop customized partnership proposals and presentations that articulate the organization's value proposition.
- Lead renewal strategies for existing accounts to expand engagement and contribution levels.
- Track activity, forecast revenue, and report progress against goals using Salesforce.
- Represent the organization as a thought leader at industry conferences and events.
