Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field.
  • 8–10+ years of business development, sales, or strategic growth experience in aerospace, defense, or technical industries.
  • Demonstrated success selling EO/IR payloads or comparable advanced technical solutions.
  • Strong understanding of EO, IR, spectral, laser, RF, or remote sensing technologies.
  • Established relationships within the U.S. Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, or civil government ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to lead complex capture strategies and negotiations.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong strategic thinking and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies for advanced ISR payload solutions throughout the Americas.
  • Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, defense organizations, and prime contractors.
  • Lead capture activities from opportunity identification through proposal development and contract award.
  • Recommend sensing and payload solutions based on EO/IR technology expertise.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define product roadmaps and competitive strategies.
  • Monitor market trends and manage revenue forecasts and business objectives.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and executive briefings.
