Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field.
- 8–10+ years of business development, sales, or strategic growth experience in aerospace, defense, or technical industries.
- Demonstrated success selling EO/IR payloads or comparable advanced technical solutions.
- Strong understanding of EO, IR, spectral, laser, RF, or remote sensing technologies.
- Established relationships within the U.S. Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, or civil government ecosystems.
- Proven ability to lead complex capture strategies and negotiations.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Self-motivated with strong strategic thinking and organizational abilities.
- Ability to travel as required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies for advanced ISR payload solutions throughout the Americas.
- Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, defense organizations, and prime contractors.
- Lead capture activities from opportunity identification through proposal development and contract award.
- Recommend sensing and payload solutions based on EO/IR technology expertise.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define product roadmaps and competitive strategies.
- Monitor market trends and manage revenue forecasts and business objectives.
- Represent the organization at industry events and executive briefings.
