Requirements
- Must be a resident of New Jersey.
- Graduate of an accredited college or university, or 4-6 years of relevant work experience in medical practice management.
- 3 years of experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) for clinical or practice management processes.
- Excellent oral and written communication and public presentation skills.
- Organizational and project management skills.
- Team-building skills.
- Familiarity with process mapping and workflow analysis tools.
- Excellent computer skills and willingness to learn new software.
- Ability to travel to practices up to 25% of the time, typically once a week for onsite visits.
Responsibilities
- Implement products and execute ACO initiatives under the direction of Market Leadership.
- Support wellness visits, transitions of care, and active management to meet Practice Transformation Plan goals.
- Train office staff and physicians on clinical processes and technologies.
- Assess staff training needs and develop educational programs.
- Build relationships with physicians and healthcare executives to enhance financial and quality performance.
- Relay practice feedback and concerns to internal leadership to identify improvement opportunities.
