Requirements
- 5+ years in a related data visualization or data engineering role.
- Proficiency in Looker and LookML.
- Experience with other business intelligence platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining analytics models using dbt and Snowflake.
- Advanced SQL knowledge including complex queries and performance optimization.
- Experience working within agile development methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience with workflow orchestration tools like Apache Airflow (preferred).
- Healthcare industry experience (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Own the development, maintenance, and delivery of analytics-ready data platforms using Snowflake, dbt, and Looker.
- Partner with business stakeholders to deliver reporting and insights on provider sales, operational, and business performance.
- Design and build certified datasets, managing data ingestion, transformation, and modeling.
- Develop and maintain Looker dashboards, Explores, and semantic models supporting key business performance metrics.
- Perform audits of data collection quality and implement process improvements for data delivery.
- Mentor junior team members through coaching and knowledge sharing.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with analysts, data scientists, and engineers to architect analytics pipelines.
