Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a back-end or full-stack software engineer.
- Proven background in tech scale-ups or agile, fast-paced environments.
- Experience working on large-scale products serving thousands of monthly users.
- Strong proficiency in Ruby and Ruby on Rails (latest versions).
- Experience with PostgreSQL and Redis.
- Familiarity with Hotwire (Turbo & Stimulus) and Tailwind CSS.
- Perfectly fluent in English with strong communication and collaborative skills.
- Ownership mindset and a commitment to software craftsmanship.
- User-centric approach to product development.
- Comfortable building products based on uncensored models and content (#NSFW).
- Interest in generative AI, NLP, or ML is considered a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Interact with the Product Manager to review project specifications.
- Prepare integration plans, technical break-downs, and estimations.
- Perform hands-on code implementation.
- Execute code reviews and participate in testing processes.
- Define product roadmap and contribute to technical architectural solutions.
- Experiment with new features and bring innovative ideas to the team.
