Requirements
- Strong engineering roots with deep proficiency in Python.
- Familiarity with SQL, R, and Bash.
- Experience with Kubernetes and managed solutions (EKS, AKS, GKE).
- Experience with Docker and cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Ability to troubleshoot networking, compute, and platform issues.
- Proven track record of delivering machine learning workflows, model deployment/monitoring, and GPU workloads.
- Experience with generative AI or agent frameworks.
- Experience operating within or consulting for highly regulated or constrained environments.
- Ability to navigate compliance, data security, and infrastructure limits.
- Exceptional communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
- Comfortable running structured discovery and technical solutioning sessions.
Responsibilities
- Master Domino platform mechanics and core user/admin functionalities during onboarding.
- Shadow and pair with senior FDEs to understand client data, tooling stacks, and objectives.
- Execute independently on prioritized backlogs to build and deploy production-grade solutions across the MLOps lifecycle.
- Advise data science teams on platform best practices.
- Lead and advise on key accounts as a trusted technical and business partner.
- Author reusable playbooks, integration templates, and deployment guides for internal knowledge bases.
- Translate field intelligence and platform feedback to SRE, Support, and Product teams.
