Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering or technical delivery experience.
- Proven delivery ownership from scoping through production in client-facing contexts.
- Hands-on depth in LLM application development, cloud-native architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP), backend systems at scale, or production data engineering.
- Demonstrated ability to make independent technical decisions.
- Strong communication skills with technical precision for engineers and clarity for executive leadership.
- High tolerance for ambiguity and ability to deliver value before requirements are fully defined.
- Ability to obtain Databricks and Anthropic certifications post-hire.
Responsibilities
- Own workstreams and components from design through production within client environments.
- Participate in discovery, architecture reviews, and stakeholder interviews to scope vague problems.
- Make and justify build and design decisions based on client constraints.
- Build production data pipelines, LLM applications, agents, and workflow automations.
- Manage scope actively to surface risks and project creep.
- Transfer knowledge through maintainable, documented, and runnable software.
- Build relationships with client stakeholders while supporting account ownership.
