Requirements
- Experience building a product, company, or line of business from 0 to 1.
- Strong product sense and ability to prioritize across a multi-sided marketplace.
- Ability to think like a general manager with focus on unit economics and growth loops.
- Comfortable working hands-on with light SQL and Figma for prototyping and decision making.
- Practical experience incorporating AI tools into daily workflows to improve output and speed.
- Demonstrated ability to default to action in ambiguous environments and learn through iteration.
- Strong user-centric approach, synthesizing direct user feedback into product iterations.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across team boundaries without waiting for permission.
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for the Wishlist line of business end-to-end.
- Operate as a general manager, maintaining accountability for the customer experience and business outcomes.
- Transition product development into an AI-native approach by modeling best practices and setting team standards.
- Discover and address the needs of parents, children, and gift-givers to build a scalable, multi-sided gifting experience.
- Define and own outcome metrics for the product, iterating rapidly through experiments in partnership with engineering and design.
- Engage users during key moments like birthdays and holidays to drive retention and growth.
