Requirements
- Clinical or technical background relevant to surgical training (e.g., nursing, surgical technology, biomedical engineering).
- Experience in clinical training, medical device support, or OR-based roles.
- Knowledge of MDR 2017/745 requirements for clinical training and documentation.
- Fluency in English, as well as either French or German (Italian is a plus).
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Europe.
- Ability to obtain vendor credentialing required for hospital and OR access across European countries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions for surgeons, nurses, and reprocessing technicians in dry lab, wet lab, and on-site settings across European healthcare institutions.
- Deliver internal training programmes to onboard and certify new Clinical Sales Specialists across European territories.
- Manage relationships with European training centre owners and internal and external stakeholders, including stock management, logistics, and equipment maintenance.
- Plan and execute refresher training programmes to ensure that stakeholders' knowledge and skills remain current.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and performance assessments in compliance with applicable European regulatory standards.
- Obtain necessary vendor credentialing to access operating rooms and provide technical support on the DEXTER Robot during procedures.
