Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
- 4+ years in engineering management or senior technical leadership.
- 5+ years of experience leading ML and automation solutions.
- 3+ years of experience in deploying AI solutions.
- Demonstrated experience delivering compliance, regulatory, risk, or governance technology in a large enterprise environment.
- Working knowledge of major privacy and compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA).
- Strong track record of leading cross-functional programs with legal, privacy, and compliance stakeholders.
- Proven ability to influence and communicate at S/VP levels.
- Experience managing and growing engineering teams in a matrixed Fortune 100 or equivalent environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of software and quality engineers delivering compliance automation, AI solutions, risk controls, and regulatory technology platforms.
- Own the engineering roadmap for the compliance and risk pillar while balancing regulatory urgency, technical sustainability, and product prioritization.
- Establish and uphold software quality, legal & privacy architecture, and engineering standards.
- Drive delivery across multiple complex concurrent programs and projects.
- Serve as the senior technical voice for compliance and risk engineering, communicating status and risk to leadership.
- Manage reliability and performance of all Compliance and Risk systems.
- Manage the end-to-end response to major incidents and conduct root cause analysis.
- Oversee data integrations between Compliance & Risk applications and enterprise systems.
