Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in a territory development or hunter-type role.
  • Direct experience selling technology-related offerings.
  • Proven record of customer-facing sales achievement.
  • Demonstrated performance against revenue and profitability metrics.
  • Must reside in the US near a major metro airport.
  • Ability to travel nationwide approximately 30% of the time.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence customers at all levels.
  • Self-discipline to manage business travel and remote work successfully.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, enable, and develop net new OEM customers within an assigned territory.
  • Target key verticals including Retail, Healthcare, Hospitality, Warehousing, and Logistics.
  • Drive adoption of technologies such as point-of-sale, kiosks, and vision/AI solutions.
  • Lead negotiations on complex deals involving both technical and financial components.
  • Coordinate internal technical resources to deliver complete, complex customer solutions.
  • Manage multi-state territory performance against revenue and profitability targets.
  • Develop and adapt advanced sales strategies to meet unique customer needs.
