Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in a territory development or hunter-type role.
- Direct experience selling technology-related offerings.
- Proven record of customer-facing sales achievement.
- Demonstrated performance against revenue and profitability metrics.
- Must reside in the US near a major metro airport.
- Ability to travel nationwide approximately 30% of the time.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence customers at all levels.
- Self-discipline to manage business travel and remote work successfully.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, enable, and develop net new OEM customers within an assigned territory.
- Target key verticals including Retail, Healthcare, Hospitality, Warehousing, and Logistics.
- Drive adoption of technologies such as point-of-sale, kiosks, and vision/AI solutions.
- Lead negotiations on complex deals involving both technical and financial components.
- Coordinate internal technical resources to deliver complete, complex customer solutions.
- Manage multi-state territory performance against revenue and profitability targets.
- Develop and adapt advanced sales strategies to meet unique customer needs.
