Requirements

  • Two (2) years of experience in hospitality, customer service, property management, or account management.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to learn internal systems and CRM platforms quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage high-volume extensions and service requests.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on billing accuracy and documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, shifting environment.
  • Credit security clearance (confirmed via background credit check) is required.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for adjusters and landlords throughout the relocation and lease extension process.
  • Manage lease extensions, including securing approvals and coordinating terms with landlords and vendors.
  • Monitor upcoming lease expirations to ensure housing continuity and prevent service interruptions.
  • Coordinate in-stay service requests such as furniture exchanges, add-ons, and maintenance issues.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, billing documentation, and claim updates within internal systems.
  • Manage move-out logistics, including vendor pickups, lease terminations, and security deposit reconciliation.
  • Identify risks or service failures early and escalate issues with urgency and accountability.
