Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in paid media or performance marketing.
- Demonstrated track record of owning channel outcomes and business targets rather than just managing campaigns.
- Proven experience operating in both in-house and agency-led models.
- Hands-on experience managing agencies to deliver measurable results.
- Multi-channel fluency across paid search and paid social.
- Proficiency in at least one of affiliate or influencer/creator marketing.
- Strong command of performance economics (ROI, CAC, LTV, CPA, CVR, MER).
- Understanding of B2B/SMB funnels including leads, MQLs, SQLs, and subscriptions.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, persuasive narratives for senior leadership.
- Analytical confidence to manage data, attribution, and measurement.
Responsibilities
- Own paid media channel outcomes, including pipeline, subscriptions, and CAC/CAF efficiency.
- Define and evolve cross-channel strategy across search, paid social, affiliates, and influencer partnerships.
- Serve as the primary interface with business stakeholders to communicate performance, strategy, and investment trade-offs.
- Brief, manage, and hold agency partners accountable to defined outcomes and standards.
- Deliver results through a blend of direct hands-on execution and agency-led models.
- Direct the testing roadmap for audience, creative, offer, and landing-page optimization.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to diagnose funnel issues and drive incrementality.
