Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in paid media or performance marketing.
  • Demonstrated track record of owning channel outcomes and business targets rather than just managing campaigns.
  • Proven experience operating in both in-house and agency-led models.
  • Hands-on experience managing agencies to deliver measurable results.
  • Multi-channel fluency across paid search and paid social.
  • Proficiency in at least one of affiliate or influencer/creator marketing.
  • Strong command of performance economics (ROI, CAC, LTV, CPA, CVR, MER).
  • Understanding of B2B/SMB funnels including leads, MQLs, SQLs, and subscriptions.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, persuasive narratives for senior leadership.
  • Analytical confidence to manage data, attribution, and measurement.

Responsibilities

  • Own paid media channel outcomes, including pipeline, subscriptions, and CAC/CAF efficiency.
  • Define and evolve cross-channel strategy across search, paid social, affiliates, and influencer partnerships.
  • Serve as the primary interface with business stakeholders to communicate performance, strategy, and investment trade-offs.
  • Brief, manage, and hold agency partners accountable to defined outcomes and standards.
  • Deliver results through a blend of direct hands-on execution and agency-led models.
  • Direct the testing roadmap for audience, creative, offer, and landing-page optimization.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to diagnose funnel issues and drive incrementality.
