- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of hands-on paid media campaign management.
- Deep fluency in Google Ads and Meta Ads with demonstrated experience scaling spend on both.
- Consistent track record of beating acquisition and efficiency targets.
- Advanced comfort with reporting and optimization in Looker, GA4, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-first mindset.
- Ability to work in US Pacific time zone, 40 hours per week.
- Independent operator with exceptional attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Own CAC and ROAS performance across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Launch, optimize, and scale paid campaigns including Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, and Meta Ads.
- Partner directly with the content team to launch new ads weekly.
- Collaborate with the website owner to identify, create, test, and optimize landing pages.
- Monitor performance daily, adjusting targeting, bids, and budgets to maximize acquisition efficiency.
- Use Looker, GA4, and Meta Ads Manager for reporting and optimization.
- Scale spend across performance channels focused on acquisition growth.
- Report results and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
