Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the e-Commerce space.
- Strong understanding of subscription sales in the D2C company.
- Experience in spotting bottlenecks and improving the conversion in marketing funnels.
- Track record in implementing strategies elevating growth, especially in metrics like MRR, ROI, CLTV and AOV.
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience in CRO, growth marketing, or performance optimisation.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and influence cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to drive subscriber acquisition, engagement, retention, and overall revenue growth.
- Develop and execute a conversion optimisation roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Establish strategies to reduce churn and enhance customer lifetime value.
- Test and establish new offers and bundling options to maximise revenue and customer value.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to optimise the conversion funnel, from lead generation to customer retention.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine messaging, CTAs, landing pages, and other touchpoints.
- Implement upselling and cross-selling strategies for existing customers to increase average order value and repeat purchases.
- Coordinate with data analysts to ensure consistent tracking and reporting of key metrics.
