Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the e-Commerce space.
  • Strong understanding of subscription sales in the D2C company.
  • Experience in spotting bottlenecks and improving the conversion in marketing funnels.
  • Track record in implementing strategies elevating growth, especially in metrics like MRR, ROI, CLTV and AOV.
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience in CRO, growth marketing, or performance optimisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive subscriber acquisition, engagement, retention, and overall revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute a conversion optimisation roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Establish strategies to reduce churn and enhance customer lifetime value.
  • Test and establish new offers and bundling options to maximise revenue and customer value.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to optimise the conversion funnel, from lead generation to customer retention.
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine messaging, CTAs, landing pages, and other touchpoints.
  • Implement upselling and cross-selling strategies for existing customers to increase average order value and repeat purchases.
  • Coordinate with data analysts to ensure consistent tracking and reporting of key metrics.
