Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B outbound experience in an SDR, BDR, or Growth Ops role.
  • Proven experience targeting the US/EU market within tech, SaaS, or IT/Development Services.
  • Advanced Apollo.io user proficiency, including advanced filters, intent tracking, and variable formatting.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage data hygiene and CRM field normalization.
  • Flawless written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Data-centric mindset with an ability to treat outbound sequences like code.
  • Familiarity with technical terminology such as MLOps, technical debt, and sprint velocity.
  • Experience using HubSpot for tracking and campaign management.

Responsibilities

  • Run hyper-segmented outbound sequences across email and LinkedIn based on strict departmental playbooks.
  • Sanitize and normalize raw data variables and job titles before campaign launch.
  • Manage conditional multi-channel branching logic within Apollo based on prospect personas and intent data.
  • Handle initial responses and objections to book qualified discovery calls with technical leaders.
  • Track and analyze campaign conversion metrics in HubSpot and Apollo to run structural A/B split tests.
